In 2017, the establishment of Global Value Lighting with Lighting Science and the acquisition of LEDVANCE from Osram evinced the ambition of MLS for a vertical integration to approach end markets.

Chinese LED Makers Interested in Buying GE’s Remaining Lighting Units
