Korea-based company ZemosLED has recently launched the US patented 80,000 hour Zemos9090 LED package. Based on a Cree LED die SiC substrate, the Zemos9090 has extensive use for a longer lifespan, who have been limited by current technology to a 50.000 hours lifespan.
