Lumileds announced on July 23rd that the Superior Court of California has issued permanent Injunction against Elec-Tech International (ETI) for misappropriation of trade secrets, prohibiting ETI and its affiliates from using, disclosing, licensing, or selling Lumileds’ epitaxy technology trade secrets.
