Taiwan-based Sapphire Plants to Benefit from the Shipment of Next iPhone in Q3

It has been reported that Apple's next iPhone will be shipped in September, and the news comes from the industry that Apple's biggest coating plant Bern optical has begun shipping to Apple and actively picking up goods from Sapphire suppliers, as the release of Apple's next iPhone is just around the corner and the shipment of LED lighting is in blessing season, sapphire is expected to increase in both price and volume in Q3, Taiwan-based Plants like ACME Electronics, Crystalwise Technology, ACTC will benefit more than others.

Sapphire material has been greatly praised by Apple from the camera; Apple expands the use of sapphire material in the upcoming iPhone, including the original camera and the newly added Apple Home button.

In view of the revenue growth of sapphire in June, not only are Crystalwise Technology and ACTC not affected by stocktake, but also Taiwan-based USI optoelectronics claimed that its shipment is better than that in last month and optimistic about the demand in Q3. The price surge of Sapphire also will continue, the highest price of two-inch ingot reached $ 4, substantially higher than the price of less than $ 3 in the beginning of this year.
