Guotai Junan Securities had announced several days ago that LONGT plans to offer common stocks in RMB for the first time and go public, and had completed the pre-listing tutoring at the Jiangsu securities regulatory bureau on October 23rd, with on-going tutoring from Guotai Junan right now.
