Teyitech Ships the First Mini LED Instrument to Clients

On August 4, the Xiamen-based Teyitech unveiled a self-developed Mini LED instrument for the first time on its WeChat account, which has been shipped to leading businesses.

Founded in 2014, Teyitech is a supplier specializing in producing testing instruments of automation production for the flat panel display market. Its testing equipment serves the needs of the OLED, LCD, Mini/Micro LED, Micro OLED, and semiconductor industries.

At present, Teyitech’s products have been recognized by BOE, Tianma, HKC, AUO, and San’an. Among the 26 patents of various categories held by the company, the patented Micro OLED testing instrument has already been put into use for the first automated production line testing of Micro OLEDs in China.

Additionally, Teyitech has established joint laboratories with Xiamen University, Huaqiao University, Xiamen University of Technology, and Hefei University of Technology. Specifically, Teyitech partnered with Xiamen University to found a joint R&D center of advanced Micro LED instruments on December 21 last year, aiming at the R&D of advanced instruments for the Mini/Micro LED display industry.

Notably, a few days ago, Teyitech accomplished it’s A+ funding round worth hundreds of millions (RMB), in which investors included Hefei Xinping Investment Fund and the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology. The capital raised in this round will be invested in display and semiconductor instrument R&D and capacity expansion of new factories (compiled by Mia from LEDinside).
