Clay Paky Lights up the Beijing Opera House for AIDA

The National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing has staged Aida with the lighting designer Vinicio Cheli and a whole group of Italian professionals known worldwide: stage designer Ezio Frigerio, director Francesco Micheli, costume designer Francia Squarciapino, and Sergio Metalli, who dealt with the video projections. Cheli was asked to design the lighting for Verdi's opera.

Sky of Frankfurt Lit by Osram to Mark the 25th Anniversary of Germany's Reunification

Last weekend, the official celebrations to mark the 25th anniversary of the reunification of Germany took place in Frankfurt am Main. In honor of the occasion, a lighting installation designed by Sven Sören Beyer and Björn Hermann illuminated 25 bridges across the Main as part of a spectacular light show on October 3. For the technical side of things, they relied on products from Clay Paky, an Osram subsidiary.

The profitable company from Northern Italy is privately owned and recently generated annual sales of more than €60 million (US $80.40 million).
