Veeco Instruments announced today that Epistar Corporation (TSE:2448) has successfully evaluated and accepted the new TurboDisc® EPIK700™ Gallium Nitride (GaN) Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) system for the production of LEDs.
