Aixtron receives Award of Outstanding Achievement for Global SSL Development

AIXTRON, a worldwide leading provider of deposition equipment to the semiconductor industry, received the “Award of Outstanding Achievement for Global SSL Development” from the International SSL Alliance (ISA) in the context of this years’ China SSL.
