New IoT Platform from Acuity Brands Helps Evaluate and Plan Space Allocation Through Lighting

Acuity Brands introduced Atrius Spaces, an Internet of Things (IoT) platform service that helps customers manage space utilization using a building’s occupancy data. Atrius Spaces, which includes a web application and an application programming interface (API), can be used to efficiently allocate and plan for spatial requirements, allowing building managers to optimize facility operations and budgets, as well as the overall management of a building or campus throughout its lifecycle.
