Samsung Sued for Quantum Dot Patent Infringement with Its QLED TVs

Nanoco, a UK-based quantum dot technology specialist, announced that it has filed a patent lawsuit against Samsung, accursing the Korean company of infringing Nanoco’s quantum dot patent.   Nanoco filed the lawsuit in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on February 14, 2020 against defendants including Samsung Electronics, Samsung Display, Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology, Samsung Electronics Co.
