New Approach - Quantum Dot to Increase Luminous Efficiency of LEDs

A research team from Turkey has published its findings on a novel approach to developing new nanomaterial-based white LEDs that achieves record luminous efficiency of 105 lumens per watt in Optica, The Optical Society's journal.
