Osram Introduces Laser-based Automotive Light

Osram debuted the second generation of blue multi-mode laser diodes for cars to illuminate the road condition when driving at night. The laser diodes doubles the range compared to previous LED solutions to 600 meters and simplifies the system design at the same time, when used in the auxiliary high beam of the car.
