On December 23, 2021, in a patent infringement lawsuit which Nichia Corporation (“Nichia”) filed against ASUS Japan Inc. (“ASUS JAPAN”), a Japanese affiliate of Taiwanese Company ASUSTeK Computer Inc. (“ASUS”), and TD SYNNEX K.K.
