Genius Electronic Optical Addresses Street Lighting Applications in China with LUXEON Rebel Power LEDs

Philips Lumileds and Genius Electronic Optical Company (GSEO) announced yesterday that GSEO is developing new solid-state street lights and street light modules with LUXEON Rebel for use on roadways throughout China. The first installations of GSEO’s new streetlights are expected in early 2010.
