Taiwan-based backlight module manufacturer Radiant Opto-Electronics Corp. held a shareholder meeting on April 28. Backlight unit (BLU) supplier Radiant Opto-Electronics consolidated revenues for November was NT$4.59 billion (US$151.64 million), up 1.1% sequentially and 45.01% on year, which made a new monthly record. The consolidated revenues for the first eleven month totaled NT$43.78 billion, up 30.12% on year.  

In 2011, Taiwan based back light unit (BLU) makers Radiant Opto-Electronics was benefit from the Japanese vendors’ orders, its revenues have risen steadily since 2Q10, with a widespread demand drop off in the large-size panel sector.
