City Lighting’s LEDs Supported Washington University for Energy Saving

Washington University in St. Louis has made a LED retrofit with the help of City Lighting Products. The university is projected to save its Danforth Campus upwards of 75 percent in lighting energy costs and provide a substantial savings in labor and maintenance costs compared to their old exterior lighting. Washington University aims to replace 400 existing 175-watt metal halide and high-pressure sodium vapor fixtures with 55-watt LED retrofit kits.
