OSRAM SYLVANIA Released New Omni-directional LED Lamps

OSRAM SYLVANIA has developed a 14-watt LED lamp for the replacement of a 100-watt incandescent lamp. The dimmable SYLVANIA ULTRA A19 prototype features 1,500 lumens, and provides up to 86 percent energy savings, when compared to traditional incandescent technology.   It has a rated life that is 25 times longer than an incandescent lamp, with a color temperature of 2700K and a color rendering index that exceeds 80.
