(Nasdaq: VECO) introduced three new models of its market-leading TurboDisc® metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) systems for the production of high brightness light emitting diodes (LEDs): TurboDisc MaxBright® M™, TurboDisc MaxBright MHP™ and TurboDisc K465i HP™.
