pureLiFi, the light communications technology company that leads the market in development and commercialization of LiFi (the high speed, bidirectional, networked and mobile wireless communications using light) and Lucibel, the French company that specializes in the design of new-generation lighting solutions based on the LED technology, are to co-develop and market Europe's first, fully industrialized LiFi luminaire.

Lucibel is proud to announce that PSA PEUGEOT CITROËN Group has become one of its Key Account customers, via Peugeot Citroën Retail, which combines both Peugeot and Citroën's own distribution networks. Lucibel has already equipped nearly twenty Peugeot dealerships in France and has launched the initial studies for the Citroën dealerships

Lucibel closed its €15 million (US $20.5 milllion) financing operation, started in March 2013, with an additional contribution of €9 million in bonds, convertible into shares, subscribed by Bpifrance, Aster Capital and CM CIC Capital Innovation.

Lucibel, a French LED lighting company, has acquired Cordel, a company that specializes in shop lighting. Lucibel purchased 100% of the shares in the company. With this take-over, Lucibel places “shop lighting” at the core of its development strategy. Cordel, has a head-office in Brittany, France and coverage throughout the entire country. Cordel employs a workforce of 60 and carries out more than 20,000 maintenance interventions per year for its customers.
