France to Close All Lights at Night from July Except for Champs-Elysees

According to the news Russian media reported on July 3, in this summer, many cities in Europe have closed lighting devices at night to save energy. Since July 1, all shops, offices, public places, government agencies in France must turn off lighting equipments between 1:00 am to 7:00 am. As a result, the French government not only can save energy, but also can create a cleaner environment.
