The lighting specialists at LED Strip Lights co. have shared their views on the news that the glow from LEDs may be able to provide robots with an artificial skin that could enable them to sense touch. If successful, the concept could be used for inkless fingerprint scanners, biological imaging and to enhance the performance of micro-electro mechanical systems.
