Court Hearings Against Foshan Lawsuits Begin Mid-October

A total of 515 investors have filed lawsuits against Foshan Electrical Lighting (FSL). Guangzhou Municipal Court will begin court hearings on October 22, 2013. Guangzhou Municipal Intermediate People’s Court judge has revealed that the court accepted the case of over 900 accumulated lawsuits totaling RMB $100 million (US$16,343).

515 People File Legal Action Against Foshan Lighting

Chinese lighting manufacturer Foshan Electrical and Lighting announced that the company received a “voucher” and “notice of response to action” by the Guangzhou Municipal Intermediate People’s Court accepting the civil case filed against the company byt 515 people for a misrepresentation of security liability dispute.
