On May 7, 2018, Epistar filed a patent infringement lawsuit against V-TAC USA Corp. (“V-TAC”) in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on May 7, 2018. Seoul Semiconductor on April 30 announced consolidated first-quarter revenues of Korean won (KrW) 283.0 billion (USD 263 million).
