Dimmable Philips LED Lamps Helps Arnhem to Save almost 50% Energy

The Municipality of Arnhem is to install Philips LED lighting on a large scale, in line with its ambitions in the area of sustainability. 2,300 street lights on the city's major roads are to be fitted with dimmable LED lamps. This measure will achieve energy savings of some 47%, equivalent to 500,000 kWh a year. Taiwan’s China Electric to Export LED Lighting to Southeast Asia

Taiwanese lighting equipment maker, China Electric Manufacturing Corporation, has intended to export LED lighting to Southeast Asia starting this fourth quarter. The company says it has been mainly promoting exports of LED bulbs, LED tubes, and T5 lights to Southeast Asia.
