Such cutting-edge technology became the limelight of the exhibition and caught the attention of the Vice President of the Republic of China, Mr. Den-Yih Wu, who learned about our lighting solutions personally from Delta's Chairman Mr. Yancey Hai.

OLED technology might lag behind LED in terms of luminous efficacy and affordability, but technology advancements are shortening the gap between the contesting technologies, according to lighting experts at Taiwan and Japan Lighting Industry Forum at Taiwan International Lighting Show (TILS) 2014 at Taiwan World Trade Center Nangang Exhibition Hall, Taipei, Taiwan.

LED lighting penetration rate has been rapidly increasing recently. After penetration rate surpasses 10 percent, the industry will officially enter the S curve fast growth period, pushing LED lighting into a golden three year development period. 

With LED lighting applications reaching maturity, many countries have begun replacing existing street lights with LEDs. Space for development of LEDs is quite large as global penetration rate has not reached 5 percent yet, said Andy Liao, CEO of Leotek Electronics.

Chuang-Hsin Greenergy Co. takes a unique approach to environmentally friendly lighting design. Taiwan International Lighting Show(TILS) 2014 opened its doors on March 20, 2014. This is the first year TILS has been held jointly with LED Taiwan. The show focused on the technology and future development for LED lighting manufacturers.
