According to The Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), the third-wave opening for mainland Chinese investments in Taiwan will include 115 manufacturing items, notably LED and solar cell, and 23 items for the service sector and infrastructure each. Taiwan intends to make an addition of field testing locations for LED lighting in mainland China.
