Walker Tower Façade Illuminates New York Skyline

The Walker Tower is close to Ground Zero in New York and was damaged during the 9/11 attacks in 2001. It was later converted from office space to a high-end apartment building. The Art Deco façade and spires have now been illuminated with ERCO projectors, without any spill light to detract from the view of the skyline.

PSV Celebrates LED Pitch Lighting Inauguration with Light Show

PSV became the first Eredivisie club in the Netherlands to kick off under ground-breaking LED lighting at the Philips Stadium on Saturday evening. The Eindhoven-based national champions played a match against Excelsior from Rotterdam under the innovative LED pitch lighting supplied by their main sponsor, Royal Philips, the global leader in lighting. To mark the official inauguration of the LED pitch lighting, players and fans were treated to a unique light show. The Philips Stadium is the first Eredivisie stadium in the Netherlands to add a whole new dimension to the match experience in the stadium by installing white LED pitch lighting.

Iconic Rock Band Rush’s Tour Lit by Philips' LED Wash Lights

With more than 40 million records sold worldwide, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee trio of Rush first hit the music scene in the early 1970s and is one of the most iconic rock bands today. As they prepared to launch their latest tour, longtime tour lighting designer Howard Ungerleider of Production Design International in Toronto was once again charged with creating the lighting spectacle that would be seen by the multitude of sold-out houses.
